Found But Not Taken

 

 

 

 

 

This Jizo, placed in the crotch of an oak tree
at the Parker River Wildlife Refuge
on 1/20/22 has been found

- but not taken.
I found him yesterday
laying on his back.
His accompanying note

had been read. The protective

baggie that it was in was nowhere to 

be seen. I stood him up and placed the
note behind him. He is undeterred. He knows

the gig. Chosen / not chosen - no matter

the blessings and pronouncement

of the Dharma are ongoing.
