I've had this piece hanging on the wall in my office, facing me as I sit at my desk. It wasn't horrible enough. I settled on adding a halo of three inch stainless steel sheet metal screws. With the aid of a drill press (Thank you so much, J), I drilled pilot holes every one half inch around the perimeter of the deconstructed icon. I ran out of screws and had to order another box from Amazon. The piece is more overtly menacing now. Those gleaming stainless screws are fucking sharp.. sharp enough to drill into a finger during construction.. bleeding is fun on blood thinners.. It's not fun to be around this.
