He did this because he needed a better grip on the ball when he was playing against the Indianapolis Dolts. The NFL found out and Brady was busted to the tune of a 4 game suspension.. Fast forward to present day. Cleveland QB Deshaun Watson sexually assaults (at least) twenty four women. The punishment? An eleven game suspension.. So - fuck with a few footballs and you get a 4 game sit-down. Fuck with dozens of women and you get a mere 11 game banishment. Oh - and a $230M guaranteed contract to play for the Cleveland Browns. That's right. Cleveland knew ahead of time that DW was a predator.. So - what did they do? They front-loaded his contract with a mountain of guaranteed dough.. They did this because they wanted DW to get paid even if he got caught up in the fallout from all his predations. Just a little something to keep in mind when you're sitting in the Lay-z-boy recliner watching the games this year and you see the NFL commercials about how the NFL is all about family .... |
