There are sixty less pounds of fat on this skeleton now (body weight now 204). The pressure at which blood flows through the pipes has dropped precipitously. For the last 14 days a daily blood pressure reading yielded an average pressure of 115/57. These pressures were recorded while taking 50% less medication for BP. It's likely that the dosage will be reduced further.  I estimate that there are 20 or so more pounds of fat that are still hanging on and that a target weight of 180 or 185 will be a reasonable plateau to live at.      ~
