About a month ago, a blade fell off one of the three Gloucester wind turbines. The five hundred foot tall structure now stands motionless and, with droopy blades, a little forlorn while it waits to be repaired. The turbine is owned by Applied Materials in Gloucester and was manufactured by Kenersys, an Indian wind turbine manufacturer.
